Tropical Storm Harvey Set To Hit Caribbean Windward Islands

According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Harvey is set to hit the Windward Islands into the eastern Caribbean Sea today.
The storm is expected to have winds of 40 to 69 mph.
